truly this person is a sick one. He calls me and called me a very bad name. I wish that I could meet him not really though

I received a voicemail from this same idiot today as well. It's sad that people are that heartless that they well prey on and scam families. He also wished me good luck if i didn't return the call. I wish him good luck in jail when he is caught and made to be someone's girlfriend.
Same experience as the others, except when I called back, I was told I was speaking to "Brandon Williams, Senior Officer" of the "Tax Crimes Unit". I made him repeat everything he said because the accent was so awful. When he figured out I was on a speakerphone and asked me to turn it off (I couldn't, it was a conference speakerphone), he said "F--k-Off-M-thrF--ker". When I didn't respond, he repeated it, and I hung up. Obviously not with the IRS.
