They called saying they were "windows repair" and my computer was hacked.  I told them I didn't have a windows based computer and I used apple. They then said they take care of apple too.  I went on to tell them I just had my computer cleaned and updated at the apple store.  He called me honey and hung up.  First time a scammer called me honey LOL.

Won't stop calling. Heavy accent.  Said he's calling about my Windows computers.  I told him I have all Macs.  They he started asking about someone named Oscar Alvarez.  This is the person who had my phone number 5 years ago and gets tons of collection calls.  Now this person from 571-304-7987 is calling me 5 times a day!  I told him remove my name, Oscar doesn't live here, I don't have computers, but he won't stop calling.  I'm BETTING it's really a debt collection company hiding behind the Windows story.

I have received 6 call from this number in one day.  I picked up and immediately hung up to disconnect the call.  When it goes through, they leave no message.  The only way these calls were identified is through the info above.

I got five calls yesterday from this number.
You hang up on them, and they wait 10 or 20 mins. and call back.
Said they were calling because they were able to detect a serious problem with my computer, and they needed to take control of it from their end to repair it.  I have a friend in Illinois who fell for this and had large charges put on her credit card.   I said that they were right, that my computer does have a problem and that is why it is in the shop.
