Some spam call from a company trying to sell you a car warranty. They identify new car purchases and begin calling as the factory warranty approaches expiration.
Received call this PM. No message left. I believe is Verizon selling its customers database to scammers for additional profits. Coincidently, I received a different call from a similar number in VA just one hour before. That tells me our phone companies are desperate for providing additional income to their shareholders. The only way for them to meet their profit targets is by selling phone numbers in the black market.
I received a call from this number 571-319-5622 on Thursday 1 September 2016 @ 1539. It was an auto dialed call and I waited for the person to pick up. They said they were from National Car Warranty and were calling about a car I do not own. I have received these calls 3 to 5 times a month from various numbers and various company names. I tell them every time not to call me and remove me from their list. They I get an attitude from the caller and they hang up. Well they called the wrong guy this time. I will stop at nothing to track them down and cause them no end of issues. I will find the owner or responsible party and the games will begin. Stay tuned.
