Who called from 5713415878

Loud music playing when I answered-  the person sat quiet on the other end waiting for me to say hello.  When I didn't say anything they hung up on about 2 mins.

Called 3 times back to back so I answered even tho I didn't know the number.  Heavy accent said hello this is Kings Resort. So I hung up

I recieved the same call too. They left a 3 second voice mail and nobody was speaking but the background noise sounded like it was coming from some building or office, there were people speaking in the background.
