Someone called me from this number and didnt say anything.. Then when I called it back a recording came on saying it as out of service... WHO THE HELL IS IT?

I’ve got 4 of these today on my work cell phone. The fourth call I pretended to be a radio talk show and said “Welcome to WDIC todays topic is Adult bed wetting, we are on the air can I get your “…click….Man they hung up. So report filed with FTC.
