This phone belongs to my child. I've asked this telemarketer to remove this number but they continue to call repeatedly asking for a fictitious person. It is harassing.
This caller repeatedly calls me though I am on the do not call list and am 36 y.o. with a doctorate degree. Why would I be seeking further education from them who apparently or should I say supposedly refer ppl to BS colleges and technical schools "for free" but try to tack on other paid services. When I asked this of the ironically uneducated caller, he did not understand half the words I used partially due to language barrier and partially to idiotism. Again, ironic. The previous reports are correct - this is a scam. They may be phishing. If you are truly seeking education info, use the internet! You don't need fools like this!
P.S. they keep calling after demanding I be PON'd (Put On Notice), this is what cold caller and debt collectors call a consumer demand for no repeat calls - this is SUPPOSED to be legally binding or it is harassment, making them eligible for a lawsuit. Class action anyone? ;-)
