Who called from 5713848251

Possible scammer with fraudulent checks.  They pretend to want to rent rooms stressing that communication should be via email.

Emalea got my apartment listing from Craigs List wanting to rent rooms.  Had me on for a while with granny story.

Trying to scam thru classified ads.  I got 2 replies to different items from this moron:
Do you still have the item available for sale ?..kindly text me back via my email ads or phone 5713848251..I will await your response Asap..Thank You.

Got some chick (same number) wanting to rent my townhouse in College Station, Texas.  Grannie's financier inadvertently made the rent check out for $3,500 too much.  Please deposit & she will tell me where to wire the excess...its a holiday week end so banks are closed....scam....

in her email that they sent you a check for the amount of $4997.74 instead of the $1100 the first monthly rental fee/deposit. They were supposed to send the extra $3897.74 to my director of research; this, my research director is to use
the extra money
to help me make payment and register me for a seminar that i will be attending and some research materials that i will need for the seminar.

I apologize for this little mix up and do hope that we can have this issue resolved,they did not get my instructions clearly on the phone as regards payment to you and so they sent all the money to you unfortunately

So when you receive the check,you should please go ahead and deposit it through your bank's ATM or Mobile deposit and help me to make a withdrawal of the $3897.74 being the money for my director of research,i am trying to contact her so that i can explain the position of things to her and she will then let me know when you should help me to give the money to her.
