This number is a known scammer who contacts people selling cars and car parts and claims to be "on a ship" and wanting to pay with what turns out to be a faked PayPal account.  It is the classic Nigerian/Balkan type scam where his "shipper" is supposed to show up at your house for cash payment based on faked deposits he sends you.  Just Google the number and you'll find it reported elsewhere.  He goes by [email protected] as well.

Ignore this idiot -- he has been running these text scams for at least 5 months with that number.
