I got the same text just now about him wanting me to watch his daughter, the area code wasn't one in my state so I searched the number and all this popped up. So glad I didn't respond. He too must of found me through care.com since I made an account last night. Seemed super shady
>> How do I block him from getting my information?<<
Um.
Have you tried ignoring his calls, texts & emails?
Have you learned how to use email filters an phone call blockers?
Do you know how to use google or any other search engine to find "call blockers"?

He texted me from a different number the first time and asked me to email him. He sent me all the information but I was desperate for a job so I fell for it. Gave him my address and I received a payment of $2,730. He texted me late last night and again early this morning asking "why are you keeping silence?" After reading that text I decided to check out this new number. Reading all these posts reallyhelped. As much as I would like that much money in my account, I'm not depositing it.
Bring the check and the envelope in which it came to your post office. Give the material to the postmaster.
USPS will then pursue "using the mails to defraud".
The number he used to contact me was (571) 429-4537. Exact same stories as above. Not even opening the envelope. Taking it right to USPS and having it sent back where it came from.
