Caller stated he was an employee of a government agency, stated "please don't hang up on me" and he's trying to locate someone with a Wheeling address with my phone number.
Repeated calls over last couple weeks. I let the machine get anybody I don't know and nobody gets by my machine, unless I want them to. The name "Medallion" appears in the text box, below the number. Collections, I'd guess.
I recieved several phone calls, I did not pick up. No Message was left and when I called it back the recording said it was Donor Service Division. The message also said that they collected money for charity.
