Who called from 5714410075

Calls my business phone over and over and over and over again. Hangs up on me after a pause of silence. Caller ID reads TPP Citizenfund. Filed complaint with National Do Not Call Registry. (Fat lot of good that does, eh?! However, if everyone files, then maybe--just maybe--we can get these creeps to stop calling...)

Called but did not leave a message.

same thing happen - call and then a very strange tone and then said hello - immediate hand up from them.
very odd.
Previously I got a call from a "Tea Party" - I said I couldn't talk then - then wanted to know when - I said I didnt know, then hung up. I dont think they are legit either - but why?

me I think govt is behind this - nsa -recording voices- - part of data gathering

Received a call, asked for my husband. I  said he was here then they hung up
