A man with a thick accent calling himself "Jeffery Scott" has called from this number non stop for almost 6 six hours now asking for an employee that works out in the field. This is not the first time we have had to deal with this idiot. He has called us several times in the past using a different number each time. It's always the same. He ties up both lines at our office for hours at a time. He has also used the name "Jeffery Jones" in the past. We recognize his voice and know it is him. He is extremely rude and threatens anyone that answers the phone.
A male caller, speaking with an Indian accent, identified himself as Jeff Scott, called our Agency on Thursday asking to speak with an employee. When he was told she wasn't available and to leave a message in her voicemail he began yelling, demanding to speak with her. When he could not, he threatened to jam our phone lines. At some point, our lines all began to ring, when being answered the caller was Jeff. He did this for a couple of hours. He again called back on Friday with an angry tone. Today, Tuesday, he called again.
