I'm getting several calls per day at my gov't office number. When I answer, I either get a dial tone or dead air. When I've called back, I get a message saying that they "reached out to me about my subscription renewal" and to leave a message.
so...I actually talked with someone...wanted to update subscription information for a publication that we get free of charge (they've been threatening to stop sending unless we update info....like that's going to happen). I informed them that I no longer wanted to receive their phone calls but apparently that isn't part of their vocabulary
