I got a spam SMS Message from this number asking if I had taken Avandia and had a heart attack. The message said I needed to call now. I called back, but the number is not in service.
This was send from a spam-SMS software program sold out of Hong Kong. It avoids using the internet, so internet blocking of SMS will not stop the messages. The software site said it can send thousands of messages an hour!
SMSCaster is the software.
