To the people who have said yes, you might have just been scammed. There is a scam going around where they get you to say yes then use that recording to set up charges.
Answered because I know someone in McLean Va who is in hospital. I heard some background voice sounds. Said "who is this?" but no answer. Hung up and blocked them.
