Who called from 5717779014

This caller is really freaky. If you don't answer, on the message, they say HELLO (your name), Are you there? Are you there? It's a mans voice and honestly knowing that this the number is from virginia where I live is super freaky to me. They keep calling!! Please help make it stop

Called at 8:20am, I ans but did not say hello, no one on the line.  If they ask Are you there?  It is probably some get you to say "Yes" scam.
