Who called from 5717916523

Individual did not identify himself.  I ask for the name of the company he represented and he said "Auto Care".  I advise him that we do not accept calls from solicitors and then blocked the number from calling again on Google Voice.

571-791-6523 called my cell. I didnt answer. No message was left on my voicemail. I did a *67 callback, blocking my number - it rang as disco.

An internets search didnt produce anything. In my experience, this has all the hallmarks of a new number from the Scam Telemarketer Industry.
