This number called my house and left no message. I called the number back and heard a message that they had a special offer for me. They called themselves PPC. I had recently taken a collect call from a local county jail and those calls came up as PPC on my caller id.

I have been bothered by the number with no response when I answered. I have received many different spam calls in the last several weeks and my number is on the NO CALL list. HELP!!
