called home and office. Picked up the phone but there was no response

Called at lunch time and then hung up after 2 rings. Also called on 4/28/08 at 12:16 did not leave a message.

CALLED AT 1:15 P.M. FINALLY LEFT A MESSAGE. CLAIM THEY ARE A DEBT COLLECTOR . . .

called and i answered and no one talked nor did they hang up...

They called me and left no message.... i called back and a lady wanted me to give out personal information... i asked who she worked for and she said she could not tell me untill i varified some information.... i told her that i do not feel comfortable passing out personal identification information to someone that i do not know... she said she would reach me by mail... I think this happend to me a few months ago with the same person
