They asked if I was "Stacie".  When I said they got the wrong number they told me the name was wrong but the phone number was correct, and I was up for some sort of contest/promotion/winnings.  As soon as she started mentioning Visa accounts I told her I wasn't interest (about 6 times) and that was the it.  In the end I can't say what the call was official for, but it didn't sound legit so I cut it off before it went any further.
