I use a pest control service in my home. This caller was conducting a survey for the company that provides these services. It was a super brief survey - one question. The question they asked: On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very unlikely and 10 being very likely), how likely would I be to recommend the pest control service company that I use. I gave the company a "10". They lady said, "Thank you" and that was it.
