Scam! Claims to be from some unknown banking firm "??? Capitol". Couldn't understand what was said due to broken English and accent. Starts by asking to verify personal information: name, address, then social. THIS IS A SCAM. Do NOT give any info to these [***]. They have found a way to make it look like the call is generated within your state and quite possibly your very area code. They rely on information gained from public records and then hope that you have an account with the fake financial institution they are representing. This has happened to me three times, and not only did they have an old address which was over 6 years old, I had never had any dealings with the business they tried to scam me with. Once they called and said they represented the collection department from a local medical clinic. Fortunately, I had not used this clinic ever.

I receive a phone call from this person and I do not want this person calling , any more it is a scam. I want to report this call and want them to be stopped from calling phone!!!!
