Sprint is calling to ask for payment.

Disputing "Surcharges" which are not taxes and Sprint
is not required by law to collect but...

"...chooses to collect from you [their customer] to help defray costs
[which are mentioned in 'fine print' but not explained by store personel]..."

You [Sprint customer] can call Toll Free number to "opt out" of surcharges,
but you need to know your "PIN" which if you did not create (or write down and
keep) is difficult to get [NOW] when you need it!
