Who called from 5737649311

Called my cell phone and left message that they were calling back (lie) regarding lowering my interest rate on my credit card.

Called and I said "Hello" they replied "Hey" and hung up. When I tried to call back the phone number "could not be completed as dialed" and that i needed "to check the number and try again."

Same thing, I answered, they said "A, Hello..." and that was it, when i tried to call back I got the message that "the number could not be completed as dialed".

Same as Jake above. I said hello, a short pause, then the other side said "Ah, hello", then nothing. I hung up.

Same as you 02/01/2010, 11.00am CST This number called me and say only "Hi" and then hangup?
