Business-to-business cold calls (another term for unsolicited sales calls) are made all the time, which is why the law exempts businesses from being able to put their own numbers on the Do Not Call list.
Was the caller
1) Rude, vulgar, obscene, threatening, argumentative ?
2) Calling several times and being told NO, before you reported this call ?
3) Misrepresenting their association with another business ?
4) Impersonating a business ?
5) Lying about the product or services they provide ?
6) Doing something illegal, like alleging the business will lose its electrical service is a payment is not made immediately over the phone ?
7) Doing something illegal, like saying they are a debt collector and a certain employee owes them money, and they must talk to that employee, or leave a message for that employee ?
Please refrain from posting about unsolicited business calls unless they meet the above criteria (and others I can't think of at this moment).
Missed a call from this number 10/7/16. A lady named Vanessa left a voice message stating she was from a business service called Appointment Pro and wanted to know if we were interested in their service. Unsolicited sales call.
