Same guy Asia r small contacted me on Craig's list about a wedding dress for sale for 500 he sent me fake check for 1980 from navy federal credit union when I took to bank they would not cash they said it was fraudelent ck and I contacted postal inspector to put in claim Stay away from this crook!!!
This individual is attempting a craigslist scam on me. He or she offered to send me a cashiers check in excess of the amount of the item for sale. He or she is not local and did not want to see the item in person. The scam is they send you a cashiers check for more than the item (with some weak story as to why) and then ask you to wire the balance. The cashiers check is likely fake.
This # is trying to hire me as a secret shopper trying to gain personal information to do whatever with don't trust anything from them there obviously scum
Had them try to scam me from craigslist saying they wanted to buy my wedding dress with a cashiers check. When asked they told me they were from WA. I found this odd and started asking more questions. They didn't like me asking questions and got defensive when I asked why they would be looking at a wedding dress so far away since I'm from Iowa. They immediately stopped contacting me when I called them out on the scam.
