I just started getting calls today on cell phone. The odd thing is I don't give out that number
Only my husband and four other close family members have the number.
calls every night about 7 or 8 p.m., leaves a mesage and states that we or I should call back. We haven't called, we just hang-up. It is getting almost to much. Find this creep and send him or her to my place, I will settle the problem.
This number just started calling me last night, called once at around 9, then again today. I strongly believe this is a scam. I work for a phone company and can verify the provider of numbers, even when an online reverse lookup gives nothing. Everything I find shows this number as unavailable. It probably is another completely different number they are calling from, and have it set up somehow to show this number as a dummy number. How do we stop this?
573-884 is either Univ. of Missouri campus or maybe University Hospital, or maybe the University J-school survey. If it's coming from either the BRFSS or J-school call centers (surveys), it won't show up on a reverse number lookup.
