Surely, St. Francis would notify people by mail/letter or be more professional, not to have a recorded computer voice tell you to call them back and, w/out a 1-800 number. Pathetic - called - left message to tell me about a e-program that the Hospital has already informed me about to view the health records for my mother-in-law. What a waste of time. I agree with Disappointed - can't even leave a toll free number to call back.
I just received 2 calls from this number, I didn't answer it and they r not leaving a message. But I don't have an appointment with St. Francis hospital next week. Not sure what to do.
Simply ignore the calls. If you have no appointment scheduled, why worry about it? If you have been treated there and are part of an ongoing course of treatment, call the number on one of your invoices or old appointment cards.
