This number called my brother and I within two minutes apart near 1:45 a.m. and left a voicemail saying "Hi, this is the assistant manager at JC Penney and I'm just calling to let you know that your order did not go through and we need you to come in to the store next Friday." 1. We haven't purchased anything. 2. I can see that it is an iPhone because FaceTime is available. Don't know what's up with this, but it seems kinda sketchy.
