My caller ID for this number read "unknown", so I didn´t pick up the call. They left no message.

No one there, called back says # disconnected

Unavailable on Land Line - left no message.  I won't call back.

An Asian lady said she wanted to talk to the person in the house with the Nipsco acct. *Note: Account has never been behind and it's paid current. I started asking questions and she hung up. Call shows up on the ID as Goshen, In.

Claimed to be NIPSCO.  I said the owner wasn't home.  Again, only Goshen IN on Caller ID.
