Who called from 5743496138

By the number of the phone it appeared to be coming from a small town about 15 miles from where I live in Elkhart Indiana. When I called it back it was a very poor recording it kept cutting out. It said the survey you called to take is now over to take more surveys blah blah blah  I hung up and blocked the number.
