yea he did the same to me. said he would lock me up if i didnt secure a payment with him even though im clearly broke and if i werent i would have paid my debt. really? who is this guy?
what happend with it? the guy called me too he knew info about a debt i had and threatend 2 felonies if i didnt secure a pament. tried to call him to make sure it was right acct he had and no answer. wtf.
This guy clld me and said that he was going to issue a sommons and arrest warrent,,,, the sheriff's just came to my house, with the summons, but no arrest warrent,,,,,, It does show that he is some sort of attorney though,, Good luck :)
