Call came in on land line - Caller ID showed caller to be Med Clinic. Recording said someone from this number made a back-pain inquiry. Press 1 to speak to an operator or press another number to disconnect. NO ONE from this household has made such a call - so I hung up. I assume they will ask for my social security number next if I want whatever they are selling.
Med Clinic calls all the time, stating someone from this number has contacted them about a back brace or knee brace. No one has contacted them from this number - they are lying! I did not press One to talk to someone, nor any other number to not be bothered again - I just hung up. I'd ignore the call, but my husband wants me to answer to see who it is and what they want.
My location: Central Indiana. Call origination: Northern Indiana (South Bend, IN on caller ID). They are persistent and have called many more times than I've reported, but they never leave a message. Maybe my 6 rings needed to get to voice mail will fool their robo dialer and they will just GO AWAY...ya think?
