I live in the 574 area, this guy is a fast talker and likes to get himself into trouble.  The number is out of use.  The guy claims to be a federal agent, tries to convince me I've won money and taxes are due.  He gets really angry when I ask for his name and badge number.  Caller I.D. displayed the name as gateway, no such company in the 574 area.  Also the 516 indicates the number belongs to comcast.  I notified comcast, traced the call and filed a police report...but local police don't seem interested.  I get tons of these calls every year.
