I have a loan through this company and this the 2nd one I have had.The first one I had no problems with at all. This time around I have had nothing but trouble from some woman named Francis. She is a difficult person to work with. I lost my job and got behind on my payments. She called me and all my references every single day even after I made payment arrangements with them. They also charged me an additional finance charge per day for the payments I was behind in addition to the late charge. I can not wait to get this car paid off so I can be done with this company. I guess this is the price to pay when you have less than perfect credit. Live and learn. The only thing good about this whole deal is unlike some of the other people that have a decent car.
My friend got a car loan and now she's behind on payments. These guys call me DAILY, to try to get me to harass her. Boom, off to automatic voicemail land. Obnoxious jerks.
I received a call from these guys and did not answer because I did not recognize the number. They did not leave any message.
I don't have ANY outstanding loans so I don't know why they would be calling me. They did call on my work cell phone so maybe someone previously did. I have no idea.
I got a call yesterday but no voice message. Today again I got a call, but couldn't answer. Some Lady saying she is from Heritage left a VM for someone named Charles, not sure who this is..I just got this cell phone number. The VM asks to call back at 8002339598. Message was too fast...maybe on purpose to make us call them back out of curiosity.

So far only trying to locate someone who used you as a reference per state law. However, if they go into details about the debt other than 'I'm so and so from xyz company trying to locate <insert name here>' you and the person they are trying to locate might have rights to legal recourse.
I received back to back calls from someone with a company called Heritage, they are not anyone I do business with and I have no reason why they called, the VM was quickly spoken only saying, (My name) this is Rhee with Heritage calling please give me a call back at my extension.........nothing else"
