I haven't a clue who this is (and it's my policy not to answer unknown calls), but they've called me around two times a day either every day or every few days since March (it's mid-April now).
All of my bills are current (and they are calling my cell phone number that I NEVER give out as I have a number that forwards to it instead).
At first I was letting it ring off (about 45 seconds until voicemail answers) and it would be a missed call with no voicemail. I put the number in my "Spam" folder and now (15 seconds to voicemail) I get mostly blank voicemails between 4 to 15 seconds long, sometimes with people noise in the background. I can only assume this is either a debt collector or a rouge telemarketing company (violating FCC and FTC law) that is using an automated system that doesn't know when to "wait for the beep". Otherwise, you'd figure a live person would know I'm NOT the person they're trying to locate. If they don't leave me a message and keep calling, at the end of the month I will put a block on them (but I'm still curious to know who they are!?)
I don't have business with, nor know anyone in the Elkhart/Dunlap, IN area.
