What legitimate company calls you w/o speaking to the intended party & tell you that they are going to sue you! Really, any company would want to speak with you to work out a way to get a Y owed money & prevent a court date! Further more, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I contacted my attorney regarding this call

Got 2 calls from this number, one yesterday and the other just now, for my minor child--same as the others--> fraudulent activity with the social security #, 2 charges filed, will be served at home/work.  I called 574-968-8334 and it just keeps on ringing.  Glad to know it is just a scam!
