This number calls every other day or so and it is a recording of a female voice speaking in Vietnamese. I pick up the phone and the voice keeps chattering on. The claaer ID says Elkhart, Indiana. This is weird and I want it to stop.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and others that have the same woman speaking in some Asian language. I have registered with the National Do Not Call Registry but it won't stop!
This is a phony company. They call you all the time and leave message on your private phone. Even you tell them to stop , they dont listen. What they try to do is get your credit card# by pretending to sell phone service to vietnam. This is ID theft.These are a bunch of jobless vietnamese girls trying to steal your credit card #. Watch out

They call all the time from many different phone numbers. The pre-recorded message is in Vietnamese. I had a Vietnamese friend listen and they said it was something about a calling card. They won't stop calling. I have reported them to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx hopefully they will have enough complaints for the Do Not Call Registery to do something about it, so make register your complaint. There doesn't seem to be a way to get off their list.
