Just received an automated call trying to sell home alarm systems--I chose prompts so that I could have them remove me from their list. Then it hung up--of course, you cannot call them back---just gives fast beep.
Just received an automated call trying to sell home alarm systems. I hung up called back and got an automated message press one to be put on their do not call list. I am on the do not call list. They call anyway. How do we get them to STOP.
Same thing. Just got a call from this number trying to sell me in-home alarm systems. "Press one now!"
Hung up and called back but no answer. I've noticed most of these are spoofed numbers to get your information. Typically they spoof a real business' phone number so when you call back, you actually get the legit business and not the scammer. It's a one way thing.
