Who called from 5749709706

574-970-9706
Annoying recorded message about home security "in your

area".  When it said press 1 if you want to buy it, I

did, just to get more info on these spammers.
Got a call later from 603-606-4922  they hung up.

Did some research:
CONVERSENT COMMUNICATIONS OF NEW HAMPSHIRE LLC
conversent comm. merged with One Communications
One Communications sold numbers wholesale to:
engagetel  888-343-5008
You want to complain?  Call Engagetel and rip em a new

one!  mention what number harassed you.
I got an answering machine and I left a "nice" message!

[email protected]  is their email

Just got a call from them just now about home security.

Just called the number back and got an automated option to be added to the Do Not Call list.  They had been calling my cell with an automated Home Alarm Installation spam about once a week.

The number is BOGUS and you'll be added to their spam calling list.

After having my number "added to their do not call list" I started getting even MORE calls from even more funky numbers.

The FTC should make it a crime with MANDATORY jail time for a telemarketer to place calls with FAKE caller ID info.   I've had calls from numbers like 86282452253 (which spells "UNAVAILABLE") and then the really cute ones make their number show up like european phone numbers - a canadian car warranty scammer was my last wonderboy using this one (his calls showed up as 01186282452253 - which is the "UNAVAILABLE" with the UK county calling code of 011 added to the front of it.)

That's why the FTC needs to put teeth into the DNC list or just admit it was a cute joke on all of us and a huge waste of taxpayer time and money.

My phone was turned off as I was flying, so all I got was a missed call message.  Since i didn't know the number i didn't call back.
