Harassing calls day and night they hang up when i answer. These calls are meant to do nothing but harass. How do they get away with it! Somebody please do something.

Call Blocker
You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones.  For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring.  You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail.

Same experience, if you call the number back, it's always busy.

I get calls every week from this phone number every week but they always hang up. Another complaint line says it may be the "NEGRO LIVES MATTER" people.

Same here, they called but no message.
