This is a call to see if your home,the federal government employees are useing it,what for,is the question. Sometimes they try to pretend they are selling car warranty,ask questions and they hang up. I think they use prisons to get the employees,they seem to be uneducated white people,who are racist,amazing what they do with tax dollars.

Why would calling someone's cell phone tell anyone if the person being called is home or not?
