Robocall from the "Dealer Processing Department." I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and had a 10 minute conversation with 2 people telling them I was "Joe Biden." I even spelled my name for them. We talked about a vehicle that I don't even own. I kept telling them that I purchased an extended warranty that's good for 10 years/100k miles and they kept trying to convince me that their files say it's only good for 36k miles and I should purchase warranty coverage through them. They refused to tell me anything about their company, they just kept saying "Dealer Processing Department," but claimed to have a file on a vehicle I made up under the name "Joe Biden." Seemed sketchy. They obviously have no clue who Joe Biden is
