This number called the office yesterday after I left. I suspect it might be another number for "Local Maps" verification.

Also, it could be related to following numbers:

http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-605-496-0703/2  -- Used the exact same caller id

Caller ID said "Control Serv"  No message left on answering machine.

Called my phone, did not leave message.  Now Blocked.

Back to "HEALTH ENROLL" CID for me; no message left.

Called me yet again with this spoof number. The last time was back in September. These jerks think anyone will answer by recycling the spoof numbers. They're idiots.
