Starting to get a bad feeling about this number.  Reverse phone books won't give any information about this number.  Some say it is a lan line and some say it is wireless.  None give the name of the owner of the number.  The person wanted to talk to my wife to see if she wanted to "further her education."  I believe I will keep serching for information on this number so when he calls back when I asked him to we will know if it is a scam or not.
