phone rang 3 or 4 times and I picked up to hear silence (as if caller had hung up). I rang the number back and after 3 or 4 rings I got the standard phone service message telling me the number I was dialing was disconnected or temporarily out of service.

Saw the # and did not recognize it, did not answer and the caller did not leave a message.
