Received 3 calls on my cell phone today, No one answers, so I hung up.

Called this number back and got a message...." your account balance is insufficient to place calls to that destination" ... Very odd message, I used to work for landline and cell phone company's, this is not a message from my provider.

Received the same message, "your account balance is insufficient to place calls to this destination"
Ignore all calls this number!
