Creit one. They will call relentlessly and with many numbers. Remember, tjere is no more gov regulation or protection. They will call your home, work, friends at all times of day or night. You cannot hide and therenis mo recourse.
Not sure where you live, but untrue. May be Credit One, but there are plenty of laws, including when they can call, what they can tell people, and if they break those laws, there is plenty of recourse, including suing them if they aren't following the law, and them paying you. All of this is based, of curse, on it being a legitimate debt to begin with. If it's solicitation, and this is a US based company, there is also plenty of recourse, including reporting them to the feds, and suing them for violating soliciation regs, as well. So, don't despair...block every number they call from, require them to follow the laws, and if they won't, and you have kept records of illegal contacts, there are consumer attorney that will take your case.
Would you like to post a link to at least one of those laws? Creditors, which is what Credit One is, are not covered under the FDCPA. There are 5 states that do include creditors in collection laws, but those laws are only valid in those states.
