they have access to your social security number and are trying to harrass some idiot, unsuspecting person into sending them money, and I'm not an idiot so they are wasting their time and mine!!!
I just received a call from this number today, i told them not to call this number again and it isn't an approriate time to talk, give me a number to call you back I told him. India asscent, same thing I owe them money. whatever. i want to know HOW they get this information about people to try to pull money out of people. As soon as you tell them you have contacted to police they stop calling. But it seems like every couple of months they call from a different number. Yeah, I will give them a lawyers number 1-800-fu*****.
Just got the same call and threats for the fourth time. As soon as I said I've contacted the police he got really rude and hung up on me. It is ridiculous that they have my ssn, god knows what could be going on in my name supposedly. I wish could put a beating on this guy but I would have to know where he was to begin with lol.
Just got a call from this number and he left a message. I don't answer EVER answer calls I don't recognize that's what voicemail is for. But same story I owe money, need to retain and attorney, send them money, what a joke. First, if you owe a debt they by law must provide you with documentation. Secondly, we don't have debtors prisons any more you can not be arrest for bad debt. I know it's annoying but just ignore their calls and they will quit calling or do like I did and tell them I have reported them to the FCC, BBB, and the local police in OK call them names and hang up. Then he repeatedly called me and I would answer it and no speak and they would hang up and call back. They finally got the hint...FYI if you have ever had a payday loan that is most likely where thay got your information. Another number they use is 347-979-7438, they are always of Indian decent with American names, WHO DO THEY THINK IS SO NAIVE!!
My husband got a phone from them. Same story. We owe them money ad they r gonna press charges. Its a scam. We called our bank and they couldn't find any trancation on our account.
