Has called my cell 9 times today.  Has not left voicemail.  Important enough to call 9x but not leave a message?

Yes calls no voice message.  If this is for a bill would be cheaper not to call and if they are selling something, I think after call 2, maybe they should move on.

6 calls today with no message left. I refuse to answer. If they need me so bad they can leave a message.

They're with Credit One. My balance is alway paid up and I'm still recieving calls 7-12 times daily. I block the number, and then the next day, another number from another state calls me 7-12 times.

Called this morning but I didn't answer. The name on the caller id is IQOR USA.
